Lenni-Lenape Life - FiNAL DAY

Sparta Historical's fall exhibit at the Van Kirk Homestead Museum showcases the life and culture of the many thousand Native Americans called the Lenni--Lenape who lived in "Lenapehoking" (NJ,PA,DE).  This exhibit explores their social customs, religion, family life, hunting, agriculture, healing practices and much more.  All are invited including families who have third and fourth graders. 

For our final day with holiday decorating,  in addition, Iris Nevin, harpist, will be playing from 1:15pm - 2:15pm and Dr. Nancy Lennon will be giving a 2:15pm talk.   There will also be light refreshments served.
