Bring  your chair and picnic lunch and come celebrate the variations of jazz.   Witness the revival of a true American art form in its purest artistic composition during its heyday.  In addition to the live performance, the musicians will talk about the music, composers, instruments and techniques of the jazz genre. 

The combo is led by a 21 year old professional trumpet player, Florian Schantz, who started the band when he was 9 and has performed more than 600 shows in NY, NJ, PA, CT and Germany.   We welcome him back to Sparta.
