Sparta Historical's fall exhibit showcases the many healthy variety of trees on our property including our 375 year old NJ Heritage White Oak.  Trees are critical to our enviroment, economy and social well being.  This exhibit highlights these many benefits and displays local tree products, as well as their historical by-products used over the centuries at the Van Kirk farm and in Sparta.  Come and see these wonders and enjoy our outdoor tree scavenger hunt!   2pm talk
