Sparta Historical welcomes guest speaker Forrest Jennings from NJDEP, Champion Tree.  To coincide with our "Tree-mendous" exhibit, he will talk about "NJ Champion & Heritage Trees".  Highlighting our Van Kirk Heritage White Oak and those champions found in Sussex County, he will discuss about the importance of these trees  as well as the benefits they provide to wildlife and people.  Light refreshments.
